Maria Lopes, MD, MS,
Chief Medical Officer, AMC Health

Dr. Lopes is CMO for AMC Health, an innovative provider of telehealth programs for health plans, employers, hospitals, health systems and homecare agencies. She was formerly CMO of Group Health, Inc. and Chief Medical Director of Horizon BCBS NJ. She has overseen medical and pharmacy utilization and decision-making as a voting member of P&T and Technology Assessment Committees. Dr. Lopes has been an Obstetrician and Gynecologist in clinical practice for over six years. She has a BA in Biochemistry from Wesleyan University, received her Medical Degree from the University of Connecticut, and has an MS in Administrative Medicine from the University of Wisconsin.

Jeff Berkowitz
Senior Vice President, Pharmaceutical Development and Market Access, Walgreen Co.

Jeff Berkowitz is the Senior Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development and Market Access at Walgreen Co., a Fortune Top 40 Company and the largest retail drugstore chain in the United States with over 8,000 locations. In this role, Mr. Berkowitz leads Walgreen’s pharmaceutical purchasing, pricing and contracting and trade relations with pharmaceutical manufacturers for the entire company. Before coming to Walgreen Co., Mr. Berkowitz served as Senior Vice President of Global Market Access at Merck. He has also worked as a health care attorney with the international firm of Proskauer Rose, specializing in health care mergers and acquisitions, fraud and abuse, licensing, and corporate issues.

Rhonda Greenapple, MSPH
Cheif Executive Officer and Founder, Reimbursement Intelligence, LLC

Ms. Greenapple has spent her 20-year career focused on how to gain access and reimbursement for her clients, helping with launch planning and commercialization for over 40 products, with particular experience in rheumatology, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, and oncology. Prior to founding Reimbursement Intelligence in 2005, Ms. Greenapple was President of Torre Lazur McCann Managed Markets, a unit of McCann Healthcare Worldwide. She is also a frequent contributor on reimbursement trends to publications such as Managed Care Magazine, American Health and Drug Benefits, Journal of Medical Marketing and Fierce Pharma Industry Voices. Ms. Greenapple received her BS from Cornell University and received her MS in Public Health from the University of North Carolina.
